I still haven't stitched more on my Christmas Carol sampler because of my extra dog sitting BUT I've gotten the material and flosses out for April's Daisy by Cottage Garden Samplings. I think this is a really cute chart and can't wait to get started.
If you want to see more progress check out the SAL blog HERE and join in at any time if you want to stitch these 'My Garden Journal' patterns.

I thought some of you might like a size comparison between a grown rat and grown mouse. Big difference, right? (I like little pet mice better.)

Wow, that really is a big difference! I loved the mouse bath, by the way. too cute :)
OMG! This must be a giant rat & a mini mouse!! :D Nice new project, it looks so colourful! x
Beautiful cross stitch chart. I love both little guys but I am more of a rat person.
kind regards,
Shirley
Pretty pattern! I wonder if the little mouse was nervous being so close to the rat? :) Love the little ears. :)
Hello
I love the new month design, it's so summery.
Cute rat and mouse!
In between licking my lips we hope you are well and feeling more upbeat today. Have a marvellous Monday.
Best wishes Molly
Ewwww, sorry i don't like rats or mice, i'm more of a kitty girl.
Nice projects on the SAL blog, ladies are doing really well.
That is going to look gorgeous when its stitched up. I love rats..the bigger the better but I cringe at the tails cus they look like worms rofl
Yeah, we had both in the green house at my high school. Mice were stinkier I think.
Do you keep them together? Do they get along? My only experience is with guinea pigs
Yikes to the rat and the mouse!! Charley would like to know how Mollie has been doing?
Such a pretty SAL! As for rats vs mice, mice win in my books!
I think I'll stick with my cats.
Linda
We saw a guinea pig with a hat, BOL
Benny & Lily
Huh. I thought that was a grown mouse and a grown mouse on steroids - who knew??? :)
XO
Little and large hee hee
Thats a lovely piece, the flosses look so pretty together.
There is something so special about a new project all kitted up and waiting for that first stitch...I just love your newest project!
Parsley,
I love daises! Big difference when side by side! Do they get along? I think the rat looks like a guinea pig with a tail. Like you, I prefer the mouse {as long as it's not living in my walls!}
Your Friend,
Deborah
I hadda laff at some of the comments.... :) mini-mouse and giganti-rat....
