Pumpkins, Projects, and Peace

Happy Fall! Blessed Autumn! It's been a glorious day here and our family picked up pumpkins after church. Our dear daughter did all the choosing and arranging. I think she did a great job!

On the stitching front, I found this freebie at www.jardinprive.com and knew right away I needed to stitch it in 'Autumny' colors. I'm still considering how to finish it. I'm stitching it on Wexford Linen and with DMC floss. I'm likely going to tea-stain the green fabric to age it a bit.

I'm feeling such peace today. It's such a beautiful day and the nights are cool enough to need a jacket.  I'm reflecting on many blessings and how God protected a sweet friend of mine during some serious health issues. Oh, how he loves us...

Psalm 117:2 For great is his love toward us, and the faithfulness of the Lord endures forever.
