Project, GIVEAWAY, and a Cool Pay-It-Forward Story

I finished some smalls that I will share later but here is my current project. I'm so glad to be stitching again!! This is Christmas Carol by Primitive Hare. I just LOVE it!!

Don't forget to enter my bag GIVEAWAY. I pick a winner Monday! Click HERE, see my side bar for the link, or scroll down.

I'm slowly getting around to visiting blogs and getting into a new routine. I've had dog sitting clients per usual summer-time but I've also had some miscellaneous jobs in elderly care as well as teaching. It's been exciting to see so many things open up for me. I've also gone on some calls with the fire department and was able to assist on a wreck. Wow.

I'd like to share a Pay-It-Forward story: My daughter works at a local grocery store. A girl in her line was a little short on money and she just told her not to worry, that she would cover it. Nice and I'm proud of her...but it gets better.

She went to a pharmacy over her lunch break and the prices rang up higher than she expected. This time SHE didn't have enough. A gal said she'd cover it. Guess how much it was over? The EXACT amount she covered for the girl in her line earlier in the day. Cool.

I've learned that God is there in the little things that most never think of or hear about. Random acts of kindness do not go unnoticed or unrewarded. Sometimes it takes time to see how things work together. Sometimes it's instant.
