Newborn Puppies!
My mom needed me to check on her dogs while she was away from the house today. She was concerned that one of her momma dogs might need help birthing. I went at the scheduled time and SURPRISE...3 baby Miniature Dachshund puppies, only hours old. (all boys)
What a sweet momma dog to trust me and let me share in the joy of their birth. Their little umbilical cords were still wet they were so new! I'm glad she didn't need help and I'm in awe at how beautiful new life is.
