Mary Jane, AKA Calamity Jr, sent me this magazine. I had been wanting one for this year but never got one. What a sweet act of kindness! Thank you so much! I am sure smoke will be flying from my fingertips over Christmas break but if the floss and fabric friction creates a fire, I have a firefighter husband who can help me. (Notice all the Fs in that sentence? haha)
I am always touched when I reflect on how blogging has connected me with new friends. Maybe I'm a sentimental fool but I do get tears in my eyes thinking about it. We have prayed for each other, lifted each other's spirits, encouraged, advised, and shared laughter.
As some of you know, I had a 'pink' scare recently but in today's mail, along with this magazine, I got my results. All is well and I praise God! Thank you to all who prayed for me and held my hand through my concerns. It's just a reminder to relish each day because life is dynamic and ever changing.
