We had a lovely week and extended holiday weekend. The weather was unseasonably cool so we got some yard work completed. We also attended a homeschool graduation that included some of my daughter's friends. Speaking of which, a season of my life has changed...
We added everything up and discovered my daughter has exceeded the state required subjects/credits for highschool! Wow!
She will still be home taking job skill classes and working on completing her technology school program over the next year. We are still considering her homeschooled, she is 17, but we are planning to celebrate 'graduation' as well!!! And why not?! She deserves a party for all the hard work! Congrats to my dear daughter!

Woohoo!!!! Great for your Daughter, Francine.
How exciting for you and your daughter! I am not to that place yet but would imagine it to be a bit bittersweet. As of this Sat. we will have 4 down and 2 to go. Way to go for her finishing up a year early. One of my was done at 17 too. It is hard work indeed for them as well as us moms but totally worth it, right?
Congratulations dear daughter

Congratulations to your dear girl!
What a proud mama you must be.
Such hard work for you both.
I think a party is due for you both.
Woolie Blessings
congratulations! Glad you're going to throw her a party. We homeschooled too. I regret that we didn't give our kids graduation parties. At 16, they were finishing high school (homeschooling) while taking college courses at the local university and it just sorta morphed into college and never really made that break. They still love me, but I do regret that.
Congratulations to your daughter. That is quite an accomplishment. You are to be congratulated too!
Awesome job, congrats to your dear daughter.
