We were also dealt another heartbreaking blow a few days later so it's been an incredibly hard week. Still, we must press on and realize that life has ups and downs on this road that we must travel. I am leaning heavily on God.
I want to thank Marly at 'Samplers and Santas' for having a giveaway of a shopping certificate at 123stitch. I won! I need to get out of my 'sad pants' and do some retail therapy soon.
My dear pal Terri at Dixie Samplar sent me a Valentine! I didn't expect it. Thank you Terri for sending me some smiles! Random Acts of Kindness (RAK) mean so much.
Also, thank you to my friend Vinniey at Cottage Garden Samplings for sending me Valentine goodies and my daughter a booklet for her birthday. It was a nice surprise!
